Sports Therapy
Ali first became interested in injury rehabilitation and massage therapy after suffering a disc bulge in his lower back. He has used his own knowledge and personal experience for over a decade, working with clients to improve core strength, flexibility and posture but also to help them achieve their personal fitness goals.
Ali has a passion for researching and always implements innovative techniques. He has qualifications in Sports Therapy (BSc), Sports Medicine Exercise and Health (MSc), reformer pilates, Thai massage and also used his PGCE to teach university undergraduates.
Ali helps his clients improve their strength, mobility, flexibility and their mechanics. By improving your fitness attributes it allows people to move efficiently and correctly, helping to engage the correct muscles and reduce future injuries. Living a healthy lifestyle is important in longevity – a fundamental belief of Ali’s. He loves working with all levels of fitness from beginners to advanced or just people wishing to lose weight. He believes in using active rehabilitation alongside patient education, allowing all his clients to do the things they love.
