Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, positive thinking and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body and mind.
In our yoga classes our dedicated experienced teachers will guide you through various postures / Asana to align, strengthen and promote flexibility and mobility for the whole body. We will also be introducing various breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is the traditional way of practicing yoga with postures / asana being held statically for various amounts of time, focusing on your breathing and the physical alignment whilst you are holding the posture. This is suitable for all levels.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a more dynamic style of Hatha Yoga that joins the physical postures / asana with inhales and exhales of the breath creating a steady internal rhythm for your practice.
This creates a flow to the class with your breath marrying one posture to the next and is suitable for all levels especially those looking for something a little more physical.

Therapeutic Yoga

A therapeutic yoga class suitable for all abilities. This class is a guided practice, which is set at a slower pace with a strong focus on listening to your own body. Instruction combines yoga and other fitness disciplines to improve strength, flexibility, balance and overall well-being. Set in a calming environment you can expect a creative practice that aims to bring freedom of movement to the body and stillness to the mind.
