Beginners Strength Session

Classes can be rescheduled up to 2 hours prior to your booking!
Did you know the Government guidelines suggest you do 2 strength training
sessions a week to keep your joints & muscles healthy!
Come and join us on
Mondays at 2pm and/or Thursdays at 3pm

£15.00 60 minutes

To Make a booking you must –

  1. Log in to our website
  2. Select your instructor
  3. Select a date
  4. Select the time slot you want (Even if there is only one available)
  5. Complete the other information requested.
After adding all your booking to the basket you must checkout to complete the bookings
