HPOFitness Terms & Conditions
- All booked and paid for classes to be taken within a 3-month period of the original booking date.
- If you are unable to attend a group class, you should reschedule this by logging onto your account at hpofitness.co.uk. Please do not email or telephone us to advise of cancellation, as without the class being rescheduled on the website, a space cannot be released for another person to take up the space and you will not be offered a refund.
- 1-2-1 classes maybe rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start of the class in agreement with the instructor. Please email info@hpofitness.co.uk, or the instructor direct, to agree alternative date/time before rescheduling on the website.
- Should a refund be required, there is a £5 admin charge for classes under £15 and £10 admin charge for classes over £15.
- By participating in any classes booked via the HPOFitness website, you agree to be responsible for your wellness when attending the class.
- Please ensure you advise your instructor before the class starts of any relevant medical conditions/issues (there is also a space to give these details at time of booking).
- If you are unsure whether you should exercise, please check with your medical professional.
- Never exercise beyond your current ability, always ask your instructor if you are unsure.
- All our group Pilates and classes are for adults. Our instructors are not trained or insured to teach children under the age of 18 unless this is a specifically designated class for young people and stated in the class description.
- Please ensure you keep your contact details up-to-date on our website.
- All website appointments are confirmed to the email address you provide at registration, if you do not receive an email confirmation of your appointment, please check your SPAM/JUNK MAIL and make us a safe sender.
In the event you do not receive a confirmation of appointment email, you do not have an appointment. - We also require your current email address to contact you should we have to cancel a class due to sickness or adverse weather.
- Any special offers and HPOFitness news will be emailed out to our clients who have signed up to receive our newsletter.

- HPOFitness will never pass on your personal details to any third party.
- Only HPOFitness instructors and administrators of our website will have access to your details and will only contact you in respect of HPOFitness business.
- HPOFitness cannot be held responsible for any personal property used during a class or left behind.
- HPOFitness has a limited number of car parking spaces and cannot guarantee you will be able to park onsite.
- Any vehicles and their contents parked onsite are the responsibility of the owner and HPOFitness will not be held responsible for any damage and/or theft.
